Sooo BIG!!!

My little boy isn't so little anymore!!! We are now on our last week of veggies and have successfully made it through Sweet Potatos, Squash, Carrots, and Peas with no problem and our first night of Green Beans went pretty good to. Each week his eating skills inprove and I theink he is now getting more in his mouth than on his bib!!! He is now sleeping a little bit better at night which I am loving!!! He is also in the begining stages of crawling and can get pretty much whereverhe seems to think he needs to go.





His latest obsession is being outside. He enjoys just sitting outside or taking rides in his stroller .He loves to swing although I think he would be content just chewing on it!!!!

Noah and Carson absolutly facinate him. He watches every move that they make. We had a bonfire back to the lake and Drake couldn't get enough of Noah!!!! I think they are going to be just like Jake and Cody which kind of scares me.

So just when I was starting to get into the groove of this whole blogging thing I returned to my normal habbit of not doing it. Drake id growing like a weed and seems to do more and more things each and everyday. He is beginning to develop quite the personality and is as spoiled rotten as ever. Last week he began eating his first veggies. We started witrh Sweet Potatos and he seems to really like them. Tonight we will start squash so I'll let you know how that goes. He is stitting up on his own now for about ten to fifteen minutes at a time and he rolls over really well. Plus if he could just figure out how to get his butt and chest up at the same time he would be gone!!!!!! I think we are going to be in BIG trouble when he figures that out. He's growing so much!!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Drake went to the doctor today and of course got shots. This was more of a traumatic experience for him and his great grandma than it was for me. I guess I look at it as I would rather have him cry for awhile than for him to get one of the illnesses that the vaccinations protect him from. He now weighs 12 pounds and is 23 inches long. As you can see from the picture he is a chunk and is growing like a weed!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day.

Sleeping with Grandpa

I took this picture on Friday before I left for the day. Grandpa was really happy to be home and see Drake after having to stay in Muskegon because he had the flu. With temperatures dropping below zero with the wind chill we really didn't do anything this weekend because we didn't want to get Drake out in the cold. So this weekend was pretty relaxing!!!!
